シトラスベルガモット

My cardiologist actually suggested bergamot since it's native to Italy, and I noticed my numbers looking better at my last checkup. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste.

I was skeptical about natural supplements, but this bergamot extract has been a steady part of my morning routine for a month now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed my post-lunch sluggishness isn’t as heavy lately. It’s a simple, no-fuss addition that feels like it’s doing its job.

Three weeks in and my afternoon energy crash is gone, which is more than I expected from a supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it's derived from an actual fruit rather than a lab blend. Feeling good enough to keep this in my daily routine.
