The milk thistle and dandelion combo is what sold me, since I wanted something more natural than the usual detox teas. Two capsules with breakfast and I've actually been able to enjoy my morning coffee again without that heavy feeling.

Been taking these for about six weeks now, mainly for the milk thistle and dandelion blend since I'd read those help with liver support. My digestion feels less sluggish after heavy meals, which is really the only change I was hoping for. Nothing dramatic, but it's working for me.

Three weeks in and I feel noticeably less bloated after meals, which I wasn't expecting from a capsule. The turmeric and ginger combo with milk thistle is a solid mix—easy to swallow and no upset stomach.
