그린 슈퍼푸드 파우더

Wasn't sure I'd stick with this since most greens powders taste like lawn clippings, but this one mixes smooth in just water and I actually drink it before breakfast now. A single scoop covers my spinach, kale, and spirulina for the day, which beats cramming salads into every meal.

Three days in and the afternoon slump that used to hit around 3pm just isn't showing up anymore. I stir one scoop into cold water with a squeeze of lemon because the grassy taste is real, but honestly that's a small price for getting my greens without cooking.

I was skeptical about putting powders in my morning smoothie, but this one dissolves cleanly with no gritty texture. The mix of organic veggies, grasses, and marine greens gives me a solid energy boost without any weird aftertaste.
