Glucosamine MSM-Chondroitin Capsules

My knees used to ache going up stairs, and after a month on these the stiffness in the morning is noticeably better. I like that it packs MSM, turmeric, and ginger into one capsule instead of making me buy three separate bottles.

I've been taking these for about six weeks now, mostly for my hands after long days at the keyboard. The combo of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM plus turmeric and collagen is what sold me, and honestly my joints feel less stiff in the mornings.

My knees used to ache going down stairs every morning, but after a month of taking these with the Fruitex-B and turmeric blend, that stiffness is barely there anymore. The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow for a triple-strength formula, too.
