Three weeks in and the afternoon hot flashes have eased up enough that I'm not peeling off layers at my desk anymore. I like that it's herbal rather than synthetic, feels gentler on my stomach than the last thing I tried.

I was skeptical about yet another supplement, but about three weeks in the hot flashes stopped waking me up at night. The herbal ingredients feel gentle, no jittery weirdness like I got from other stuff.

The herbal blend has genuinely smoothed out my mood swings and helped me sleep through the night for the first time in months. I take two capsules with breakfast and the difference by week three was noticeable. These gentle herbs are doing exactly what they promised.
