Three weeks in and I've actually noticed fewer of those afternoon energy crashes. The vitamin C plus zinc combo is what sold me since I get sick every winter. Capsules are easy to swallow too, no weird aftertaste.

I switched to this after my old gummies left me feeling nothing, and the zinc plus vitamin D combo actually seems to be doing something now that cold season hit. Two capsules with breakfast and I've stayed healthy while everyone at the office dropped.

The Vitamin C, D, and Zinc combo has honestly been a game-changer for me this winter—I haven't gotten that usual seasonal blah feeling once. The capsules are also surprisingly easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I usually struggle with bigger pills.
